Our Services
Specialized Support Designed for Diverse Learners
Every service we offer is built around one belief: your child deserves support that actually fits who they are.
IEP Alignment & Advocacy Package
More than tutoring — a true partnership in your child's education.
Most tutors never read the IEP. We build everything around it. Our signature package is designed for families who want a dedicated advocate and educator working in sync with their child's school team — ensuring that the goals, accommodations, and strategies in the IEP are actually being used, every single session.
Families of students with active IEPs who want their tutoring to align with school goals, improve outcomes, and reduce the stress of navigating the special education system.

Support for Every Learning Profile
Each service can stand alone or be combined for a fully integrated support system.
Executive Functioning Coaching
Executive functioning is the set of mental skills that help students plan, organize, manage time, and follow through on tasks. When these skills are underdeveloped, even bright and capable students can struggle to get started, stay on track, or complete work independently. Our coaching builds these foundational skills in a structured, supportive way.
Students who struggle with planning, organization, time management, task initiation, working memory, or following multi-step directions — regardless of diagnosis.
- Personalized organization and planning systems
- Time management and prioritization strategies
- Task initiation and follow-through support
- Working memory tools and study skill development
- Goal setting and self-monitoring practice
Expected Outcomes
Students build the internal systems they need to manage schoolwork with growing independence — and begin to see themselves as organized, capable learners.
Parent Coaching & Advocacy Support
You are your child's most powerful advocate — and you shouldn't have to navigate the special education system alone. Our parent coaching sessions give you the knowledge, language, and confidence to show up at every IEP meeting, school conversation, and support planning session fully prepared.
Parents and caregivers of neurodiverse learners who want to better understand their child's IEP, strengthen their advocacy skills, and build a more effective partnership with their child's school team.
- IEP plain-language review and goal-setting guidance
- Preparation for IEP meetings and school conversations
- Understanding your child's rights under the Ontario Education Act
- Home strategies aligned to your child's learning profile
- Ongoing support between school meetings and transitions
Expected Outcomes
Parents feel informed, confident, and equipped to advocate effectively — and children benefit from a home-school team that's truly working together.
Behaviour Coaching & Support
Challenging behaviours are often a form of communication. Our behaviour coaching approach helps students and families understand the 'why' behind behaviours, build positive coping strategies, and create consistent, supportive environments at home and school that set every child up for success.
Students who experience behavioural challenges in school or at home — including emotional dysregulation, outbursts, avoidance, or difficulty following routines — and families who want practical, compassionate strategies to support them.
- Functional behaviour assessment and goal setting
- Positive behaviour support strategies tailored to the child
- Emotional regulation and coping skill development
- Consistent routines and environmental support planning
- Parent and caregiver coaching for home consistency
Expected Outcomes
Students develop self-regulation skills and positive behaviour patterns, while families and educators gain the tools to respond consistently and compassionately.
School Readiness & Transition Support
Transitions — whether starting school, moving to a new grade, or shifting to secondary — can be especially challenging for neurodiverse learners. We help students and families prepare with confidence, building the skills and strategies needed for a smooth start.
Students preparing for kindergarten entry, grade transitions, or the shift to secondary school — especially those with IEPs or identified learning needs.
- Pre-transition academic and social skill building
- School readiness assessment and planning
- IEP transition goal support
- Parent preparation and advocacy coaching
- Coordination with receiving school teams
Expected Outcomes
Students and families enter new school environments feeling prepared, supported, and confident.
Instructional Accommodations Practice
Many students have accommodations written into their IEP that are rarely practised outside of formal assessments. We help students become fluent and confident using their accommodations — so that when it counts, they know exactly how to access the tools that are there to support them.
Students who have instructional accommodations in their IEP but are not yet consistently or confidently using them in their day-to-day learning.
- Review and practice of all IEP-listed instructional accommodations
- Building comfort and fluency with assistive tools and strategies
- Embedding accommodations into real academic tasks
- Self-advocacy coaching so students can request their accommodations
- Parent guidance on reinforcing accommodations at home
Expected Outcomes
Students move from passively having accommodations to actively and confidently using them — turning written supports into real, everyday tools for success.
IEP Accommodation Support
Understanding and implementing IEP accommodations can feel overwhelming for both families and students. We work alongside families to ensure every accommodation is clearly understood, actively applied, and consistently monitored — bridging the gap between what the IEP says and what actually happens in the classroom.
Families who want to ensure their child's IEP accommodations are being fully understood, implemented, and tracked — both at school and at home.
- Plain-language explanation of all IEP accommodations
- Monitoring and tracking accommodation implementation
- Communication support with school teams regarding accommodations
- Strategies for advocating when accommodations are not being provided
- Home-based accommodation reinforcement planning
Expected Outcomes
Families gain clarity and confidence, and students experience the full benefit of the supports they are entitled to under their IEP.
